Set up Store Locations

Purpose

Set up and maintain your store location details in Ribbn so customers and sellers see accurate store information—and so you can fulfill orders correctly, even if you operate multiple locations.

Overview

This guide explains how to set up and manage your store location(s) in Ribbn. If you need more than one store, you can add multiple locations and manage inventory across all of them.


Set up your main store location

1) Review your Location Settings

Add your main store location—this information is shown to customers and sellers.

2) Enter your Store Name

  • Enter your shop name.
  • Keep the box checked if this is your default fulfillment location for online orders.

3) Add your Address

  • Add your store’s full address.
  • This address will appear on receipts and order confirmations.

4) Set Opening Hours

  • Set your store opening hours.
  • These hours will appear on receipts and in seller/customer messages—keep them updated.
If your hours change (seasonally, holidays, special events), update them promptly to avoid confusion for customers and sellers.

Add multiple locations (optional)

If you operate more than one store location:

  1. Click Add location.
  2. Enter the new location’s:
    • Store Name
    • Address
    • Opening Hours
  3. Repeat as needed for each additional location.

You can manage inventory across multiple locations.

Make sure each location’s address and hours are correct—these details are customer-facing and used in order communications.
