Create Your First Product

Overview

Create your first product in Ribbn by using the mobile app and AI QuickList, which turns a few guided photos + basic inputs into a digitized product you can manage in inventory. hree ways to add products:

  • AI QuickList (recommended): fastest way to digitize new items via guided photos.
  • **Regular Mode (ual control (useful for other sellers’ inventory and/or already-good photos).
  • CSV import (bulk): import many prRibbn’s template.

Before you start

What you need

  • A Ribbn account (created duone with the Ribbn app
  • The item physically available to photograph (for AI QuickList)

Create your first product with AI QuickLp 1: Download the Ribbn app

Step 2: Log in (passwordless)

  • Use the same email you used when setting up your Ribbn account.
  • Ribbn sends a one-time passcode to your inbox (no password required).

  1. Tap Inventory in the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap the + T-shirt icon (top left) to launch AI QuickList.

Step 4: Snap the required product -app guide and capture:

  • Front Photo: clear shot of the item’s front → press Next
  • of brand/logo (or enter manually if missing)
  • Size Tag: photo or manually; use “One Size” if no sizing)
  • Material Tag: photo of composition label (skip if not available)
Clear, well-lit phally improve AI auto-fill accuracy (brand/size/material). Ribbn supportags are missing, but photos are the fastest path to good data.

Step 5: Add ter photos upload, set:

  • Seller: AI QuickList assumes **your store is them belongs to someone else, use Regular Mode instead so you can select the correct seller.
  • Primary Segment: pick the right segment from your taxonomy.
  • Condition: select the appropriate cp Generate with AI (may take a few seconds).

Step 6: Review and edit what AI generated

  • AI auto-fills details using your photos—review every field and adjust as needed.
  • You don’t have to complete every field, but more details mventory management easier later.
  • AI may suggest a **Listing Pricalue—review it and edit if needed (or add one if AI ca

When you’re happy:

  • Tap Save (top right) or **Submit
At this point, ~90% of the work is done. When/if you publish online later, you’ll just need to auto-generate the final prodote>

Step 7: Final check in product view

  • After saving, you’ll see the full product view.
  • Tap the **pencil imake changes.

Optional: Add a product in Regular Mode (more control)

Use Regular Mode if:

  • You already have hig- You want to list products from another seller’s inventory (so you can choos Regular Mode you can:

  • Upload photos from your library or take new ones.

  • Link an RFID tag by tapping RFID and scanning the tag.

  • Manually ents.
