Set up Business Settings

Overview

Business Settings is where you enter Ribbn’s core business information. This information should reflect your registered business details for billing and legal/account purposes, and not necessarily your store’s physical location.

If your store operates in a different location than your registered address, that’s expected—use your **official registered address** in Business Settings.

Set up (or review) your Business Settings

When setting up your Ribbn account, you’ll be prompted to add several categories of information.

1) Main Details

Add your registered company name.

2) Business Address

Enter your official registered address.

This address **can be different from your store location**. Use the address that matches your **registered business details** for billing and legal/account purposes.

3) Contact Info

Provide the legal owner’s email and phone number.

4) Standards & Formats

Choose your preferred standards for how Ribbn displays information:

Currency
Measurement units

Add your social media profiles. These social links will appear across your account.

What information you’ll need (quick checklist)

Use this checklist to prepare everything before you begin:

Registered company name
Official registered business address
Legal owner contact details (email + phone)
Preferred currency
Preferred measurement units
Social profile links (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
