Overview
This guide explains how sellers can permanently delete their Ribbn seller account in a few simple steps. The deletion flow is quick, straightforward, and aligned with GDPR requirements.
Account deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your seller account and associated data are removed from Ribbn’s system as described below.
Before you delete: key points
- You have the right to delete your account at any time if you decide to stop selling on Ribbn.
- After you confirm deletion, your account and associated data are permanently deleted from Ribbn’s system.
- Data deleted includes:
- Your profile
- Listed items
- Sales history
- Record-keeping note: all products and the name associated with the products will be saved in the merchants admin panel for record-keeping.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you may need access to your information later, consider exporting or saving what you need before proceeding.
Delete your Ribbn seller account (step-by-step)
- Open the Ribbn app on your phone.
- Tap Account in the bottom menu.
- Select Account Details.
- In the box you see a link to Delete your account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Once you confirm, the account deletion is processed and your account data is permanently removed as described above.
