Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you:

  • Can log in to your Ribbn account and access the admin dashboard
  • Have the business and banking info needed for Stripe onboarding (you’ll be prompted during setup)

Connect Stripe to Ribbn

Step-by-step: Activate Stripe

  1. Open the Ribbn admin dashboard

    • Log in to your Ribbn account.
    • Open the admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Payments

    • Navigate to Settings → Payments.
  3. Start the activation flow

    • Click Activate Stripe to begin the setup process.

Stripe setup: what you’ll configure

After you select Activate Stripe, Ribbn will redirect you to Stripe’s setup flow where you can configure the following.

Available payment methods can vary based on your business location and Stripe eligibility. Ribbn will route you to Stripe to select what applies to your account.

Confirm you’re ready to take payments

Once the setup is completed, your Stripe integration becomes active and you’re ready to accept payments.


Manage your Stripe connection later

You can always return to your connected Stripe account from Ribbn:

  • Go to Ribbn → Payments
  • Click Go to Stripe Account

Refunds (important)

Refunds **cannot be handled directly inside Ribbn**. Customer refunds must be processed **manually in Stripe**.
