Fulfill a Local Pickup Order
Overview
When a customer chooses Local Pick Up (in-store pickup), you should fulfill the order only after the customer has collected it. This keeps your completed orders organized and ensures your order list stays accurate.
Local pickup orders are fulfilled in the Ribbn dashboard by marking the items as picked up.
Before you start
Make sure:
- The customer has already picked up their order in-store.
- You have access to your Ribbn dashboard’s Orders area.
Step-by-step: Fulfill a Local Pickup Order
1) Go to the Orders area
- In your Ribbn dashboard, navigate to: Orders > All Orders.
2) Find the local pickup order
You can locate the order in either of these ways:

Search
- Use the search feature to find the order.

Filter by shipment type (recommended)
- Click Filters.
- Under Shipment Type, select Local_Pick_Up to display only local pickup orders.

3) Mark the order as fulfilled (picked up)
- Open the specific order.
- Click Fulfill Items to mark the order as picked up.
Only click Fulfill Items after the customer has collected the order in-store, since this action completes the order in your system.
What happens after fulfillment
Once you fulfill the local pickup order, it will be marked as completed in your system.
